       This process starts with a subordinate explaining his KRAs to his superior. In an open dialogue more like mentoring, both share with each other the status
         of their work. Then the performance milestones are fixed jointly which are reviewed periodically.

       Any expertise required to enhance the performance of the subordinate is offered by the superior.
       The review and appraisal is monitored by the next higher level to ensure objective assessment and an independent judgment.
       It is certainly rewarding to identify potentially good candidates and focus on their career pathing. It serves individual and organizational needs ideally.
