Pre Employment Stage Counseling

Take a written appointment letter preferably with a salary break up, designation and terms of employment         before joining.        In almost all cases salary i.e. gross cost to company includes LTA/ Medical /Bonus/ Ex-gratia and         company’s contribution to your PF Account.        Do not resign from previous place of employment until all the matters are clearly sorted out including         passing of the pre-employment medical test, etc.
